In 1997, after years in the industry, Terry Kozell decided to create a property management company. He believed that fair, clear rates, excellent customer service, and loyalty to both owners and tenants was something that Arizona badly needed. Action Property Management was born. Since then, thousands of happy owners and tenants have been involved with leasing and the management of homes in the East Valley.

Terry Kozell.Designated Broker, Realtor, and President

Terry Kozell, Designated Broker and President, is a real estate licensed Broker who has specialized in property management, leasing, and investment properties for the past 26 years. Mr. Kozell received a Masters Degree from the University of Arizona and a Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University. Since 1985, Mr. Kozell has purchased, managed, and leased several thousand residential and commercial properties for both clients and his own portfolio. He has been Past President for the Phoenix-Metro Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and he earned a Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation from that organization. In addition to NARPM, Mr. Kozell is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. Contact Terry

Abby Koon.Property Manager and Realtor

Abby Koon, Property Manager, has been leasing and managing homes for over 10 years. She has been received specialized property management training in fair housing, contract law, agency, legal issues, disclosure, and commissioners rules. Mrs. Koon works with tenant lease negotiations to maintain over a 95% level of occupancy. She also coordinates over 30 vendors, leasing agents and staff members to maintain a smooth operation of our property management business. Over the years, Mrs. Koon has helped hundreds of property owners become successful with their rental investments by providing property management advice, communication, listing homes, and arranging maintenance. Mrs. Koon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. Contact Abby
